1.  Meritage Mortgage Corp. -  http://www.meritage.com/tools.asp#

Click on "Download Web Print" and follow the instructions.

 

2.  Guardian Mortgage Documents - http://www.gmd.com/Production/static-page.asp?page=home  Click on Downloads then Create Account Wizard; follow instructions given on website. 

 

3.  Installing the loan document viewer (BAInstall.exe)

Please read these installation instructions prior to opening the BAInstall.exe file.

a) Start your web browser.
b) Go to the following address in your web browser: http://mortgagedocs.bankofamerica.com/BAINSTALL.EXE
c) When prompted
enter the following username and password to download the bainstall.exe file:
username: docsuser
password: redhat00
d) When prompted to Run(Open) or Save the file
select Run(Open).
e) Click on the "Ok" button or press enter when prompted towards the end of the installation.

 

4.  STEP 1: - INSTALL THE VIEWER BY TYPING THE LINK ADDRESS INTO YOUR WEB BROWSER. 

The following WEB ADDRESS only installs the viewer:

OR you can get the viewer from our mirror server:

AOL USERS ONLY should use the links below.  If you DO NOT use AOL, scroll
back up to STEP 1:.  Viewing requires SwiftView(tm).  Install the viewer
first.  If you already have SwiftView(tm), simply click the link to your documents and they will appear in your browser. 

PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR THE VIEWER AND DOCUMENTS TO DOWNLOAD FROM THE INTERNET ESPECIALLY IF YOU USE A MODEM.
